Job Description:

We are seeking a talented Project Manager to spearhead our projects at AutomationEdge. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, with a particular emphasis on RPA (Robotic Process Automation) or Java Selenium technologies. As a Project Manager at AutomationEdge, you will play a crucial role in driving the successful delivery of automation projects, ensuring they meet client requirements and achieve desired outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of automation projects using AutomationEdge’s RPA platform.
• Collaborate closely with clients and stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, and ensure adherence to timelines and budget constraints.
• Manage project resources efficiently, including allocation, scheduling, and performance monitoring.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, proactively implementing strategies to minimize disruptions.
• Foster a collaborative team environment, promoting communication and knowledge sharing among project team members.
• Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders, highlighting progress, risks, and mitigation plans.
• Ensure compliance with AutomationEdge’s project management methodologies and quality standards.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery processes and methodologies.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in RPA and automation technologies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 6-7 years of experience in project management, with a focus on IT or automation projects.
• Strong understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and tools.
• Proven experience with RPA (Robotic Process Automation) platforms.
• Familiarity with Java Selenium or other automation testing frameworks is a plus.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced environment.
• Certification in Project Management is desirable.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
